The Color Craft is a unit of Lunia’s. You will be billed and shipped from our parent company – Lunia’s. 
Please verify your address during checkout. We will not take any responsibility for any wrong addresses. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING within India on purchase above Rs.499.

A nominal Shipping fee of Rs.70 will be charged for orders below Rs.499
Estimated standard Shipping time within India – 3-7 business days
 

If you are unsatisfied with the product (quality), please ship it back to us in original condition to get an exchange or store credit. 

For damaged/broken goods: Please report within 3 days of receiving the goods. Send us a photo of the damaged goods and our customer care will assist you. If needed, kindly ship it back to get a free replacement.
Note: Please provide us with the tracking no. of the courier used to return the goods.
